Aubrey Apartments-One Month Free Rent Special on 2 bedrooms!

Please DO NOT RENT HERE! There is possible mold in my apartment and other people apartments as well! Not only that my floors are coming up, certain lights in my place do not work and I am still waiting for those to be fixed! Also, some people in certain buildings have a roach problem as well! The last manager Kwamane was the best manager there was out here! They have a new manager and there is nothing being done about anything! They do not respond to Maintinace request even if they are emergencies! They are WELL over priced for these apartments which was built back in the early 70s! Please do not rent here it'll be a waste of your time and MONEY!

Aubrey apartments is a nice apartment complex located in Petersburg Virginia. They have brand new appliances such as dishwashers, refrigerators and much more. Most of them are one bedroom apartments but they do have two bedrooms. The price on these apartments is very reasonable. They are located right off of boydton plank Road. I highly recommend checking out Aubrey apartments. If you do, I think you will be very pleased with them. They do have washers and dryers in every apartment. I highly recommend Aubrey apartments.

Lemme tell you how much of a godsend Kwamane and the staff are . They are so professional energy up beat quick easy and thorough process . Refered so many people to this place cause of them honestly. Not being from Va when you find a complex that you can trust you hold on to them . Just simply saying thank you for everything!!! The units are spacious it is pet friendly maintenance is awesome and the best part of it all is that the location is not in a bad area 😍🥰

Mr Stovall the property manager at 1800 boydton plank rd Apartments. Is a outstanding man. He has shown nothing but gratitude, patience, understanding and willingness to work with the people of his resident. The love he his shown me and my during these hard times. The Jones Family is forever grateful. Mr Stovall could have given up on us a long time ago. Mr Stovall has so much love and understanding that he didn't give up on us. He went above and beyond for my family to keep our apartment. It's men like Mr Stovall that our community needs. We need his love and understanding because now I feel like we are all one big family.
