Athens Housing Authority

My name is Mr. Alexander and I am a frequent guest of this establishment as I have my own apartment in Huntsville. The person I visit at 5th Ave apartments has had a plethora of problems unsolved by their maintenance team. This is over a 2 year period as again I'm merely a guest. I was insulted by their manager Trina about improper parking. Not merely offensive but she was complety disrespectful. She proceeded to make rude assumptions about my lifestyle and my companion while not having any hard evidence that I had created any previous incidents whatsoever. Meanwhile I have seen frequent wanted felons on site. Telling a 40yr old man to shush is also immature indicating abject treatment of both tenants and visitors alike. If my companion could leave they would. I wish no one to be subjected

I really love living here. I’m sad that I got to move on but Athens housing authority will always have a place in my heart.

Horrible place to live! They do not fully fix anything until the problem gets out of control then try to blame you for not getting to that point. Management that is currently running the office is rude and poorly manages! So glad to finally move away
