Aspen Court Apartments

Aspen Court is laid back, quiet, and professional which is why I chose them over living in the dorms. They offer a bug spraying service for free and on site maintenance. The laundry rooms are very clean and easy to use. Sheena has been the easiest manager to get along with and she's very forthcoming about information. She's very clear about what the money is going towards and she makes it easy to set up your internet and electricity. You won't be living on top of each here and you don't have to worry about noisy neighbors. I'd rent from here again without a doubt.

I have been here for almost 6 years and I want to say that this is the best place i have ever lived. Sheena the manager, Salvador and Thomas the maintenance personnel are very respectful and courteous. They tell you what is going on when you have a maintenance request so that you know the job was done properly. Its a safe, clean and quiet environment and a place where your neighbors look out for each other and help each other out. I don't plan on moving out anytime soon.

I have been here over 1.5 years and have appreciated the respect and courtesy that Sheena has shown me. These apartments are well maintained and maintenance has always handled work orders quickly. I will always recommend Aspen Court. The prices of the units are very well and the size of the apartment are pretty reasonable

Although I didn't move in due to financial hardship, i was shown all the floor plans by Sheena and she was so kind and informative. Clean apartments, very spacious and centrally located in casa grande. I highly recommend checking this place out especially since they are usually running specials every month. I found out they also accept housing assistance vouchers. Ill try again once my money is right and I get accepted for assistance.

Aspen Court has been under new management since 2018 and when I rented in 2024 you could tell how much effort was put into turning this place around. Sheena is very upfront about everything and literally everything is written on the lease. Some of people's complaints are with old management or the CG lifestyle. Aspen Court is incredibly spacious and has many amenities that other apartments in CG or even in Arizona don't offer. Don't trust the comments entirely and definitely take a tour in person and decide for yourself. If I find myself living back in CG, I will 100% be renting from Aspen Court again.
