Ashwood Apartments

I want to take a moment to say that the staff, especially Jimmy, Ashley, and Michelle, are extremely professional. I have never seen an apartment office so helpful and supportive throughout the entire application process. Wow — I was truly impressed by their excellent customer service and attention. I have only been living here for two weeks, and the place is very peaceful. My neighbors are also very kind and friendly. I truly recommend this place 100%. I am very happy with my experience so far.

I have recently moved her and it has been a great experience. Kim the leasing agent was informative and friendly. Once I moved in to my apartment I noticed a small issue which Carlos the maintenance person came and took care of quickly and efficiently. I want to think Jimmy the assistant manager for helping get it resolved and showing the process for any future issues.

PLEASE READ THE BAD REVIEWS BEFORE CONSIDERING MOVING HERE... the bad ones are the ones who were here the longest.. Before I begin bashing this place.. Kimberley and the other leasing office lady had nothing to do with this as they are newer.. They are very sweet and did what they could. Its Jimmy the manager and the maintenance are the entire issue in this place. I was gonna hold off on this review till after my lease ended but you know what screw it.. My first year was fantastic. They had a good office staff and a better manager and the maintenance guys were very nice.. The following 3 years up until present were ABSOLUTELY atrocious. New manager and maintenance don't care about residents.. they only care about saving money. The first incident happened when my A/C went out.. kept patc

We lived here for about 3 years and really enjoyed it. Our apartment was well kept and maintenance is pretty quick to respond to issues, usually same day to next day response time. Larger issues can take time to remedy if parts had to be ordered. Its a safe community with alot of really nice neighbors. Our kids were really happy here and so were we.
