The community pool is a great size. The homes are about the average size but they are getting old. Built in late 1980’s. The people around there , well I would say “not so welcoming to new people coming in to life”.
No one ever answers the phone or returns calls . You might get a return ail but that is a maybe.
I live in this subdivision. Never had a problem. Of the pool is open, the phone is always answered. If I leave a message I'm always given a call back.
It's an amazing group of people who run the place, and the pool-goers are nice!
Been living in Ashton Woods my whole life most of the neighbors are wonderful and it's a great place for kids
