Ashton Oaks Apartments

I visited Ashton Oaks Apartments after Move For Free apartment locator referred me here because it was in Fort Bend County and in my price range for a 1 bedroom 1 bath 1st floor only. I am giving the property 3 stars for over all the apartment is well maintained and I felt instantly that this was a excellent new place to live. Well unforgettably the overall score I would give Lena the manager and the process to apply here wasn't a good experience for me. I would give her and the process 2 stars. I applied here on a Friday and finished faxing information requested by Saturday. Monday July 8th Hurricane Beryl arrived and delayed the process. I informed Lena at the start that I was self employed so I don't have check stubs but I do have my last year income tax return which exceeds the 3 ti

Great and nice, quiet place to live. The management is Excellent!! Always resolved my issue with my maintenance request. Everyone is very professional and friendly. 👍

We lived here a few years ago and we loved it. The lady's in the office are really nice. We are moving in again soon.

Lived here for a couple years n it's a quite nice place the pool could be taken care of a little better n opened more months of the year but other than that it's great.
