I recently toured both the North and South communities and was incredibly impressed by the entire experience. Arkeatha, the leasing consultant who gave me the tour, was not only friendly but also exceptionally knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through both properties, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each one. Her insights helped me clearly understand the different lifestyles each community offers, which made the decision-making process so much easier. I'm genuinely excited about the prospect of living here and am looking forward to submitting my application.

Arkeatha was very helpful and patient in the move in process and all my questions. She was able to assist me in setting up my account while driving across country and made it very pain free. Also did a wonderful job with making sure everything was in working order for the inspection. Excellent customer service

My son and I have called Arrive North home for 11 years, but unfortunately, we need to relocate due to a job change. Over the years, I’ve interacted with various managers, and I want to highlight that working with Tina, the assistant manager, has been a true pleasure. She is attentive and resolves issues promptly.

I recently moved into Arrive. I am not please in any way and I’ve only been here for two days. 1.) When we moved in we were told we would have hard flooring since we are on the first floor. We called multiple times before our move in to get an inspection of our unit. We were constantly told “we can’t or we don’t have the keys.” On the day of move in we found out oops they put carpet down instead of hard flooring like we were told. Idk about you all but I’m a person of my word and it seems like they are not. We have a meeting with management Monday 2/4/25 to see what will be done. Mind you front desk has already said, “ They probably won’t tear out the carpet because it’s new” ……I could care less if it’s new, this is not what we were told we would be getting and I will hold arrive to that.
