Arlington Village Apartments

Highly advise against living here. I have lived here for two years, and the issues are constant. I am including videos of the persistent water leaks into the hallway across two years and unfinished apartment details as proof. The Apartment & Grounds: Unit Condition: Apartments are handed over dirty and visibly unfinished. Mine was full of dog hair from previous residents. Without working heat and a leaking kitchen faucet. They also use same size tiny water heaters for 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartments. If you and you partner shower you will run out or if you do the dishes Maintenance: They do not fix issues; they just patch them. I've had to call multiple times for the exact same problems. We are coming to the end of our 6 year stay in the Arlington Village Townhomes and have been so thankful to be a part of the community. They have always had excellent communication and been very welcoming. When service was needed, it was always completed in a timely manner with respect for our belongings and cat. For the price, the amount of space you get is excellent and would highly recommend the Townhomes!

Cannot say enough nice things about the office staff here. When I called, Makayla was very kind and patient -- answering every question (I had a lot), never making me feel like I was bothering her. I scheduled my tour, which is when I met Kara. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. Kara and I sat down and discussed my needs. She was very compassionate and made me feel like we'd known one another forever. The tour itself went great! The townhouse was clean with new carpet and the perfect size for my two young children and me. I own a washer and dryer, so I was excited to see the townhouse with a basement had the hook-ups. Amazing service Kara was an awesome advocate she helped get me in less than a week from my tour date. She helped me with all the discounts that were possible and my rental/credit history was not the best, yet she still fought for me and managed to get me accepted. 10/10 would recommend for any first time apartment applicants or just anyone looking for their own place.

I came in looking for information on an apartment and I can’t say enough nice things about the employees there! Makayela was such an amazing help and she was so sweet by answering all of my questions I had (I had a ton of questions) Again Makayela was such a great help with getting me all the information I needed to move forward in my apartment hunting!
