I absolutely love it here and love the staff. They are always so kind, welcoming, and fast to work! Gerson J. has made the move in experience so clear, smooth, and easy! It’s like talking to family every time I speak with him, that’s how much care he gives his residents. Genuinely so impressed with this complex and staff. I've been living here for 5 years. Last year I didn't move because of the location, but these last 3 years I think have been worse in terms of the new people who are moving in. Last year I had to deal with the neighbors on the first floor who used their garage as a mechanic's workshop, where they smoked marijuana all day and made a lot of noise until very late every day of the week, regardless of whether people had to get up early. They finally left, but others even worse arrived. They smoke marijuana all day inside the apartment, and the smell seeps through the air ducts, or they do it at the entrance of building number 4. The landscaping is mostly dead. The sprinklers haven't worked here in years. The current Property Manager, Pilar is absolutely useless. Tenants do whatever they want, and when reported she does nothing. Examples: pot smoking, loud music, loud tenants, car repairs done in driveways.... Clarissa is the only reliable and courteous office personnel. There is also a young man in the office who is very pleasant. Lauren is nasty inside and out. I have lived here for nine, yes, nine years and the property has never been so poorly maintained, and Pilar and Lauren should not work in the service industry. They do not have the people skills to do the job properly. I cannot wait to move out.

I normally don’t write reviews, but the experience we had with Jennifer at ARIUM absolutely deserves one. From the very first interaction, Jennifer was incredibly warm, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right home. She guided us through every detail of the leasing process with so much clarity and care, especially since we were new to the area and had a lot of questions. What really stood out was her professionalism, transparency, and the personal attention she gave us throughout the entire journey. Pilar, who is the leader, has an excellent team. Gerson in leasing is great, and Juan from maintenance is very professional and fast. The entire team is outstanding. If you are looking for a family-friendly place with a pleasant atmosphere and excellent customer service, this is the place you should choose.
