I’ve really enjoyed living here the past three years in both the furnished and unfurnished units. Management and maintenance are very responsive to any issues and is very helpful in general. The location is also perfect for walking around downtown Cedar Falls and going shopping or out to eat. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who’s been wanting to live in this area!

I was seeking a short-term rental for 4 months for my last clinical rotation as a DPT student in the Cedar Valley area. My criteria were a furnished apartment with an in-unit kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher), in-unit washer and dryer, move-in ready (with sheets, towels, utensils, Roku with TV, etc. provided), safety (key fob), gym, and easy-to-navigate parking. I chose Arabella for all these reasons, plus it is located in downtown Cedar Falls, just a 10-minute drive from Allen Hospital. Eric (landlord) has been very accommodating and ensured a smooth setup and move-in. He continues to check in on me and is open if I need any assistance during my stay. I HIGHLY recommend Arabella Apartments to anyone in need of a cozy yet luxurious short- or long-term stay in the Cedar V

I have enjoyed living here and am renewing again for the third time - great amenities and modern apartments. The landlord is great, very responsive and kind. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown - fully recommend living here!

Great place to live! The location is super convenient, the building is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. Management is excellent and maintenance is quick. No major complaints — I’d happily live here again.
