Pros: 1. Room size is big enough. 2. Moderate rent. Circle K is in walking distance. Cons: 1. The owner is in a different city, which makes the communication between the renters and management difficult. The local office doesn’t want to take responsibilities and the top level management makes a lot of mistakes. 2. Appliances are old and require a lot of maintenances. 3. Lots of insects.

It has been a great experience making Applegate apartments our home. I have lived here about a year . Management has been great.Jonita is knowledgeable, friendly and kind in answering my questions and works quick to make the move in process go well and quick! Tammy has been friendly as well and answers any questions or concerns you may have in a quick timely manner! Brian in maintenance does a great job remodeling , getting the apartment ready and is quick to keep them and the grounds maintained and is also friendly! The neighbors have been great and welcoming and it's a good location as well! I completely recommend Applegate Apartments and their staff, and we are happy to call Applegate our home 😊

Great Job Lisa and Scott! I had an emergency water issue and it was addressed and fixed immediately. I have lived here for many years. The newest management and maintenance have improved dramatically. Your concerns are addressed immediately. Brian tackles the maintenance issues without hesitation and shows the utmost care for the property. There is more of a community feeling as well. Keep up the great work! Dee

Amazing place! Jonita has been very helpful, knowledgeable and genuinly trying to get my mom n stepdad a safe and wonderful home to fit their needs... She is definitely an asset to the office , she truly cares about the families. Nice clean complex!

I want to give a shout out to the apartment manager here. She is one of the main reasons that i rented here. So willing to help with the paperwork, very thorough. She is always willing to help and always with a smile on her face.
