Altitude Apartments

I’ve been living in this property for about 8 years. Believe or not is getting worse every years. It’s stressful to live in the place where all yours requests for maintenance are ignored. Building infested of cockroaches and mice. My apartment is covered in mold and deteriorating fast without any maintenance. Frustrated and angry for poor management. I strongly not recommend anyone move in to this nightmare. My kitchen’s light is out for more than a month. Absolutely disrespectful and rude management who doesn’t give a damn about yours complains. I can’t wait to get out of here!!!

We’ve honestly been really disappointed with our experience here. Pest control appointments were confirmed more than once, and each time we completely emptied our kitchen cabinets and counters like we were told. It takes a lot of time and effort to prepare everything. Both times, no one showed up. When we followed up, we were told the apartment wasn’t properly prepared, even though we had photos showing that it was. We’ve also dealt with both roach and mice issues, which has been stressful. Communication has been very difficult, messages often go unanswered, and it feels like concerns are brushed aside. This apartment complex is an absolute nightmare to live in. From the beginning, there have been serious pest problems, including cockroaches and rats inside the building. This is not only disgusting but also a health and safety issue. Repeated complaints were made, yet management did nothing to properly address the problem. Communication with the office is terrible. When you ask for maintenance or help, no one answers calls, emails, or messages. When they do respond, staff are often rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Tenants are not treated with respect, and concerns are brushed off as if they don’t matter. Parking has been another major issue. My car was towed multiple times, even when following the rules. I only lived here for a year and I was seriously counting down the days to when I would move out. I lived alone and everything was made incredibly difficult for me, from their office hours and not responding to emails to their unprofessionalism. Around when I first moved in, there were constant water main breaks that would affect the entire property. I worked in hazardous waste so it was very important that I showered, but there were times that I couldn't because there just wasn't any water and they didn't give resources to be able to use water for hygiene purposes. Maintenance is slow and uncommunicative. Laundry is expensive and they price gouge you as much as they can for anything. I once lost my key card to the building because the cheap little plastic sleeve they gave me to put it in

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Grenada hights, Altitude Apartments, and now owned by Metprop. Let's see what they will call themselves next as they continue to tarnish their reputation. Where do I begin? Let's work backwards. 1) Not receiving my security deposit in a timely manner although I provided pictues, and cleaned the apartment and left no damage. 2)After I transferred units, they sent an outstanding bill from my previous unit to collections. The bill was for carpet damage. I reached out confused and recieved no response from the PM, (K). 3)The carpet was damaged from a flooding from the unit above us, due to this damage we also had to use renters insurance to replace personal items.
