We just renewed for another year in the Maple Street property in Malden. Quiet area, great parking lot, very attentive super, reasonable rent for such a large space. Since moving in, it's been smooth sailing. Laundry is the only real frustration, since there's only 3 machines for the whole complex, but it's still worth it to us. For those fearful of the reviews, I was too at first, but I have truly had no issues in this property and would even have signed a 2 year lease if it was an option.

Living in this property has been one of the worst experiences of my life. If you’re tempted by the slightly lower rent compared to other places, trust me — you’ll end up paying thousands more in stress, frustration, and sleepless nights. 1. Terrible building condition. The structure is old with creaky wooden floors. You can clearly hear every step your upstairs neighbors make. If they have pets, be prepared to be woken up day and night by the sound of running and scratching above your head. 2. Cockroaches and mice. It’s common to see cockroaches here — absolutely disgusting. 3. Laundry room chaos. The laundry room is in the basement, and sometimes random people who do not live in the property for sure use it to throw parties. They’ve even kicked me out when I tried to do my laundry. Rep

I have rented my apartment from this management for the past 6 months and it has been great! The maintence team is amazing and has 24 hour service!

If I were to be able to give it 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service when you are applying to an apartment and even if you decide not to, they push the "legal" card and makes you pay the penalty fee even though it was never implicitly said on the application. Never rent from this company and find a better reputable management company.

Lived here for the past few years and maintenance has always been responsive and nice. I’ve enjoyed living here and the location can’t be beat.
