Advanced Appraisal Services

I rarely right reviews and I hate to complain however, this company was so difficult to work with. Advanced Appraisal does not work after 5pm or weekends which does not work for part-time realtors who have day jobs. Furthermore, they handled the appraisal on Tuesday, guaranteed it would be sent over within 3 days. It is now the following Monday and they just sent it to the lender. I am notifying the lender who I use to service many properties for myself and clients that we will go to another lender if they continue to work with Advanced appraisal. Hopefully AA can be more accommodating to customers in the future. ** Addition to review** They used a house comp that was more than 6 months old!!! and it has now held up our closing date!! Terrible

Advanced Appraisal presented me with a the most comprehensive and detailed report I have ever received. They were very timely with the report and made the process enjoyable. I highly recommend them.
