The machines are constantly down, but they don't tell you that, so you scan your card and take money from you and then tell you the machine isn't working. Parking is ridiculous. There is nowhere left to park by the time I get home from.work everyday at 6 because people from other buildings come and park in our lot, so the people who actually live in that building are left with no where to park. The elevators are constantly down and they have left residents there with no running elevators. What on Gods green earth makes you think these living circumstances are acceptable? I cannot do my laundry here because of there being roaches in the laundry room inconsistently. I also have them in my apartment now. Even when you try to do laundry here, it never finishes the last spin cycle so your clothes come out completely saturated. I think the black mold should be enough to drive someone in the direction of not moving into a property owned by this group. Let’s be real- the person found deceased at Gates Mills Towers? If you not from Ohio let me help you out do your research and run. Read up on they laws because all states not the same and they want care if your new or not. Trust a company who willing to deal with new ohio residents and willing to explain things. We shouldn't be uncomfortable because were treated unfair in a already vulnerable scary situation where we pay to live.. They literally will let you accumulate late fees while trying to get help. Or how about I received information while at work about renewing a lease. It was also stated I had till the 28th to come in. I left work 4 hours early renewed my lease and paid my new lease amount. I am tired. It's been 2.5 months since water leak was found. I have not been able to use the kitchen i pay rent for. The GM was told this in a letter I wrote to him in August. I had to wait until October to get anything completed. Fast forward, I now have a very unusable kitchen, moldy dishes in the dishwasher, unable to cook anything because I don't have running water in said kitchen and the kitchen sink is currently residing in my livingroom floor. Oh, I just found out I have been being charged for three underground parking spaces since February. HQ knows about parking spaces. Nothing is being done. This place is horrible. Upper management is horrible.

I had a bad experience and went to the rental office at Harbor Crest to get some help and Kelly was very dismissive of what I had going on but not Tiffany Jackson she took time out to hear what I needed help with and to make sure to listen and communicate what would happen. I appreciated the time that she took to make sure that my almost 80 year old mother and myself who is disabled were looked after and treated fairly.
