Quality Community Management

I have experienced the team members at Quality Community Management Company to be wonderful and exceptionally helpful, caring, and kind, as well as having a high level of expertise in their respective positions. They have responded quickly to my concerns whenever I have called them in the eight years that I have lived here. I have been especially impressed by the professional manner in which they respond. It is both heartwarming and so appreciated because there are some things I cannot take care of myself. In a recent situation of leaking downspouts in a heavy rainfall, I especially want to thank Lina and Handy Randy for handling the situation so quickly and to my great satisfaction. Ott Law Office's attorney Christine has a condescending attitude, treated me as dirt. She represents Quality Community Management, Inc. in an untrue demand. She went as far as placed a lien on my condo without checking the facts. I sent her several times the proofs showing that the management company DID deposit all my checks but she refuses to acknowledge them. She said she didn't care and still insists on requesting that I pay what they show owe, even if it is incorrect. I hired an attorney and she admitted to my lawyer that she didn't think the accounting was correct. Last November the management company sent a corrected statement about the payments but after my attorney closed the case, this January they sent out a new and uncorrected statement again showing all the previous charges.

It is impossible to come to an understanding with the Leeland Homeowners Association. They do not discuss anything with individual members. Dragged me to Small Claims Court on falsified charges. Their attorney even input the incorrect name in the court documents. Every month their management company accepted my certified mail on time, yet they always charged a late fee. Every month the management company deposited the Maintenance and Roof Assessment checks but claimed late or no payment. The court magistrate did not accept the bank proofs, he didn't care. They were running two different accountings and they were different from the ones presented at court and different than the ones I receive every month. I have had wonderful service with QMC. I had drainage problems along the back of my condo. Everytime it rained water leaked in the heat ducts. Mary, t h e owner, came out and assessed the problem. She hired a company which specializes with water leaks. The company laid new drainage pipes. Problem solved.

I was surprised to experience their lack of cooperation and response time. The consequence, as the seller, has pushed back my transfer date - it is astounding that they wouldn't have a well oiled machine to make the buying/selling experience a positive event in some one's life - quality - not so much. As the seller and the person living in the community- I am trying to assist with the transfer of title and ask pointed questions and yet I am redirected to a portal that is NOT updated and when the mortgage company asks pointed questions and requests updated information - was told info would be updated in a week - there is no updated info AND no response from QCM. I haven't been able to transfer the home - that costs me money and the BUYER isn't able to move in as planned LET ALONE the buy
