The two ladies in office Bridgette & Oliva are very nice & pleasant. They been a big help since I’ve been living here & are very understanding & professional.. I hardly had any issues with neighbors. I always stayed to myself & any issue I ever had it got resolved in a timely manner. I loved my walk in closet & big bathroom mirror & central air. The hall do be a bit dirty but can’t blame management the Tenants should get held responsible at some point just my opinion lol
Mold a lot of mold and no help. Infestation of black mold. Won’t come or fix properly and went all summer without air
I'm not a resident of Parkway, I almost was and I had an issue but I have to say whoever the new manager is that's only been there 10 days is awesome and I appreciate her help, and hopefully they got rid of whoever was the last manager. And I just want to say thank you. I appreciate your friendly and prompt response
Read your lease CAREFULLY. Changes happen all the time. Ask questions. Stand up for yourself. I've loved it here until recently..
The location is AMAZING, and the staff is so wonderful! Bridget has been so helpful!
