Absolutely worst management comps to deal with I would not deal with this company ever again . Very bad with customer service absolutely not for there customers. Stay away. The only good reviews they have is from staff

SLUMLORDS. Family ran company with no professionalism. I Deal with Alex Andrews who is very passive, rude, and unprofessional. They real you in to sign a lease and that's it. I had issue with my suite almost the entire year before I just gave up and left. The suit had old dirty out dated carpeting the ceiling, walls everything. I remodeled it, then the ac wasn't working. They did what they called a repair and it still never worked in my suite. Then during the winter my heat did not work They did what they claimed to be a repair and I ended needing to buy a space heater. The ceiling had leaks in several areas of the building. As someone introduced me to the owners of this company as a "friend of my family," they certainly were not people I would ever do business with again; the company has changed since first generation of Cornachione's owned it. After moving into a storage closet they had no intentions of renting and spending $15,000 to build the interior, I realized 6 months later that the Air Conditioning unit (a 1968 unit) didn't function. My office wouldn't cool down to less than 78 degrees. When I asked management to fix this, I was informed that the lease said that I was financially responsible to replace the A/C unit--even though it wasn't functioning when I moved in. As someone new to renting a commercial space when I started renting two years ago, Urban and the team at USA treated me with great professionalism. They maintain the properties well and are flexible as your business grows. I highly recommend working with them.

Contractors do not work with this group. They will stick you with a bill, then claim they never agreed to the price. There even worst when it comes to renting or leasing from them. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGIAN!!!
