Accutech Home Inspection

I had to hound the the inspector (jay chopra) to get my inspection report after the walk through. He would not answer my calls or emails for over a week. He kept making excuses about being sick and when I finally received the inspection report much later than agreed upon, it was not thorough at all. It was like he just copied and pasted a report with some elements that weren’t even relevant to my property. Complete waste of money. My mortgage process was delayed because of jay dropping off the radar and becoming non responsive. Steer clear.

This is the worst inspector ever. He does not check the property as he should. He has no knowledge of what he is doing and when you call him to correct things, he disrespects you with the most nastiest words you can think of. He listed on the agreement paper that he will return the money if your not satisfied but he lied. He did not refund my money! His name is Jay and he is very disrespectful and dishonest. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please do not use this company! You will be wasting your time and money.

Jay knows his job (period)! Not only he inspected in detail …more importantly he educated us and articulated things which are important in long related to home inspection. His fee is reasonable , his reports are detailed and I do recommend him.

Appalling attitude of Mr Jay Chopra. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We recently hired Accutech for a home inspection based on the top reviews that it showed. We were charged for a home inspection, a radon inspection and a termite inspection. We were told that we will receive the report within two days and an invoice was sent. In two days we received the report for the home inspection only. We called the company to ask about the Radon report and Mr Jay Chopra gave us the run around telling us we would have to directly call the Lab to get the report.( Who would do that? We hired Accutech. Accutech was responsible for getting us the reports !) SO we called who we had to and the only information we received was the lab telling us that they send the report to the inspection company(Quite rightly

HORRIBLE COMPANY! I gave 1 star because you can't do none. I am a tenant at one of the places he had to inspect for the new landlord and he was simply disgusting! He went into our apartment WITHOUT notice and tries to lie saying he is from the state but he only has a NJ Inspector license which is a big difference. He continued to be rude and actually started yelling at my partner and I. IT IS ILLEGAL TO GO INTO SOMEONE'S HOUSE WITHOUT NOTICE OR ANYONE BEING HOME (which you knew since you decided to walk through the apartment anyways). Mr. Chopra, please call me a liar and all you want but God knows what kind of person you are and how you abuse your license. I only recommend if this man if you're looking for a law suit for trespassing.
