I recently toured with Zaylynn and had a wonderful experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions, made the tour feel comfortable and informative, and truly took the time to highlight what makes the community special. Her customer service was excellent, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place to call home. I highly recommend working with Zaylynn if you’re looking for a leasing agent who is attentive, friendly, and dedicated!

I applied online for an apartment at Abbey Haus based on information provided to me by the Abbey Haus chat. The next day I called and confirmed the information. I wanted to make sure all would be set since I was moving soon so I visited the office. I showed the attached image to the leasing agent. She read the message and confirmed that the information the chat agent gave me was true. She told me I would be able to move into the apartment mentioned in the chat that Thursday. She told me I would need to turn on the electric before I moved in provide renter’s insurance. I had both submitted to her that day. When I called to confirm key pick up time, she told me that a mistake had been made and that the apartment I was promised didn’t come with the additional discount because it was considere

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and truly feels like a place I could call home. I am so excited and would absolutely love to rent here when I move to Texas!
