I was so fortunate to work with Stuart Title & AJ Properties with the planning and opening of my business from 2019-2020. In that that time, I observed that meeting someone as organized, kind and calm as Stuart was rare. He always knew exactly where every project was and what needed to be done to execute next steps in the business planning process. Nothing seemed to jolt him, no matter how frantic I was. He was a sea of calm amongst the chaos, tackling each task with a warm smile. I particularly remember one day when I thought I had an impossible task of securing funds and a deadline to meet. At a team meeting, Stuart came up with a left-field suggestion that not only helped me meet the deadline but also helped me secure a six figure business loan! He can definitely think outside the box
