Gym was half broken when I left. Valet trash was a joke. Thanks for losing my move out paper, charging me month-to-month after my lease ended, and now a late "inconvienence" fee (on my final bill). *Current: After days of emailing and phone calling your office for yet another bill you sent me after my Final Bill was paid weeks ago, no one has answered nor reached out to me. You customer service sucks.

The complex’s head of maintenance, Tristan, is essentially the sole redeeming factor of Tradan Heights. If you’re thinking of moving here, you need to understand two things: 1) over half the five star reviews on here are from bribing residents with gift cards. 2) YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. They charge north of $20/month for “valet trash” that doesn’t even pick up half the time, half the machines in the gym don’t work and most of the office staff act like any concern you have is a tremendous burden. These are all issues you’d expect at many complexes, but not one claiming to be the most luxurious in the area. Yes, it’s more expensive than other apartment complexes in town... but yes, it’s the nicest apartment complex in town. I highly recommend living here if you can afford it. The kitchens are large with enough storage to and counter space to hold all of your items. The apartments have gorgeous crown-molding. It’s the small things in an apartment that truly make it nice, such as the crown-molding and the granite countertops. The maintenance staff is nice and they are quick to fix problems. The pool is beautiful and management does a great job at keeping it clean for the residents. In case anyone is interested, they also have garages which are available to rent in addition to your apartment. My husband has one and it is a great space to have. If I could give 100 stars I would. I have absolutely LOVED my time here at 5iftyone. The apartment itself is stunning, but the staff here is impeccable too. The maintenance here is AMAZING. Always on top of things and always super helpful, which is a huge plus. Such a beautiful facility and great amenities. I will be moving away from Stillwater soon, but will miss 5iftyone for many reasons. Absolutely recommend!!!
