Been here for three years… seems like every month or more frequently the elevators malfunction. Just went from the 8th floor to the 12th only after bouncing on the 1st floor for no reason. It felt like I was on a Disney ride. Needless to say the mechanical management of the elevators are substandard. 11/1 - elevator down 12/20 - elevator down 03/13 - elevator down

I, sometimes, stay at my friends house and the views are amazing. The security is very friendly but thorough. The lobby is always clean and it is pet-friendly! It's conveniently located a few blocks from the city, from the train stations, bus stations and a different vibe of foods up and down the streets. If or when I get a place there myself, I'll review the experience as well!

Just moved in two months ago and have a constant insect problem. There’s a A LOT of small flies, I can see 10 a day.. I even find them dead inside the fridge which is really gross!!! Even saw a roach in the apt the other day! This is a fairly new building but there’s so many insect problems. I literally just moved in and had no insect problem in my previous apartment, so it’s definitively coming from the building itself. Really worrying. Super stressful living here. Wouldnt recommend.
