Amazing building of rental apartments, with very nice staff
Clean. Great doorman. Great building super and maintenance. Very responsive. The only issue I have with the building is that the included gym is small and sad. I don’t want to go across the street to the gym and have to pay more. It’s not loud here. Never hear neighbors. Street noise is not so bad but we are higher up.
Be careful with this place!. The leasing manager is a scammer (Ivan Urgiles). I been living here for almost 1 year. I referred my friend to move here and they never applied the “referral program” they made up a whole situation to not pay me. Second, I moved apartments to a more expensive unit, the gym membership that was included suddenly disappeared and they asked me to pay for it monthly. I would recommend to tray with this kind of company and the persons that is the face of the leasing office is a big scammer!
This is a great place to live. It is located in the center of many famous places such as Gantry Park, LIC Ferry Station, East River, Manhattan View, and luxury restaurants. I think it's the best place in New York.
Really enjoyed living here. The building staff is very helpful and responsive. Residents are nice and quiet.
