Friendly staff and responsive management. Respectful neighbors. The building is located near essential commodities: ferry, restaurants, pharmacy, parks, free street parking (although challenging)… I only regret that the grocery stores nearby are quite overpriced, even by NYC standards. Also, I lived on the 7th floor and it can get very windy up there. My windows were not sealed properly and the whistling noises kept me up many nights.

Next door neighbor watches TV and listens to music with loud bass every night from 8pm to 4 or 5am, and somehow manages to start back up first thing in the morning on the weekends, depriving me of sleep all along the way. If I told you the property managers were completely useless that would be giving them 10x more credit than they deserve. Absolute nightmare. I have to sleep on the floor now in my hallway.

Have been living here for the past 6 months and it's been a pleasure, front desk managers are so kind and go out their way to accomadate you, they'll even try to learn your name and memorize your apt number, which shows a lot. Our maintenance requests through building link are met asap, the environment inside the building and around it is kept very clean and inviting. This is all apart from the location, accessibility and views from the apartment. Truly a one of a kind experience!

I love my view, however, I hate that my neighbor plays drums/guitar all day long. I don't mind the noise much but the vibration from the sound equipment keeps me awake. I sleep mostly during the day since I work the night shift in the hospital. I complained so many times but my neighbor doesn't seem to care. It's very frustrating. I'm so sleep deprived that it's affecting my mental health. I wish I have stayed at my old apartment ( walk-up building, lived on the 5th floor, small space but at least I got to sleep well which is more important.)

Absolutely love living here. So quiet, even though we are surrounded by apts with kids. Door men are amazing and maintenance is faster than any building I’ve ever lived in. Would give more than five stars if I could.
