I am a 22 year Multifamily professional (which means I've done the job TFC is doing for a long time myself). I have never in my career seen this level of professionalism, speed to issue resolution, and overall quality, which TFC has provided.  From the porters, to maintenance, to door staff, to leasing and managers. I have experienced nothing but extreme quality and care.  I'm not impressed easily and I'm not just impressed, I'm blown away. If you are in serious consideration of a TFC apartment vs. another option, go TFC. The experience is worth it a million times over.

Just did an upgrade to a higher floor. Ivan and Daniel made the transition seamless regarding paperwork. The building has amazing amenities as well as a great gym and terrace. The club room is great for having guests over for entertainment. The parking garage is super convenient by having access directly to each floor within the building. The free shuttle bus to the train in the morning makes it very easy during the morning commute. The shuttle is also available in the afternoon for the return trip. All in all, this is a fantastic place to live.

I love the building but the management here doesn’t respect its tenants: first they’ve been doing renovations at the gym for months and it was basically unusable but they refused to refund our amenities fees because they technically kept half of it open during repairs (because it’s so great to use half a gym - at some point there was just a room with mirrors open and that’s it) and you cannot opt out of the amenities, they’re obligatory; now they’re doing renovations to the facade and closed off my side of the building for 12 weeks starting mid July and no one on this side is allowed to use their balconies even outside of the working hours, so basically we’ve been all scammed for $1000+ because the flats with balconies cost about 400$ a month more than flats of the same size on the same fl

I live in this building for 2 years and love it! All staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Anytime we need some maintenance, they quickly respond and fix the issue(same day). Overall building is well maintained, has great amenities (tennis courts, big gym, beach volleyball, cabanas, grills and more) also having a large parking garage makes it convenient. So far great experience!

I was a long-term resident here, and I love the location. It is clean and well maintained. This area is pristine, and it is straightforward to find your way around. LIC is smacked right in the middle between Astoria, Greenpoint, and Manhattan. It is easy walking distance to Williamsburg; you will need to take the Polaski bridge. Most of the apartments facing West and South will reveal amazing river and skyline views. The view could be your stress relief medicine to take every morning after you wake up here. Now, all of the bldg is managed by TFCornerstone. By far, this is one of my favorite management to work with. They are very attentive and always professional to deliver beyond your expectations.
