Ashley was an extremely helpful rep and got us an apartment within a week. While I did have to experience roaches upon move in day, the pest control team came quickly and talked me through the treatment process. It’s so far a very quiet and friendly place to live.

Lived here with my mother for a couple years before graduating. It's a nice place, good staff, nice amenities, but the fact that the complex continues to do absolutely nothing about the giant trash pile outside of building four is disgusting! It's a massive hazard to have. Scrap-metalers leave nails and screws all over the parking lot which has taken out multiple of my mother's tires. People from God knows where illegally dump their furniture there cause there is not a single security camera in sight, and you can SEE the dumpster from the roadway. I watched a staff member of the complex drive a chair over the massive head and unload it off the top of his golf cart by driving full force into a pile of boxes then driving off. The workers here are amazing I see them outside everyday grindin, its a good community everyone stays to themselves or people can be friendly, kids are average you got trouble makers & the ones who makes friends with anyone, other then that without the fighting or people starting crap its a decent place to have a home for loved ones but make sure to lock your doors & vehicles for common sense & safety.

We’ve had a great experience so far! Our unit was clean and ready when we arrived. A special shoutout to Mel as she went above and beyond in helping us answer any questions we had and making the move-in process so easy! The rest of the staff have also been friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been responsive and quick to handle requests. Overall, a smooth start and we would definitely recommend 3700 Dacy.

Worst apartments ever. Lived in apartment 12304 and worst place. Always dirty hallways. Infested with roaches and bees, whenever we called for pest control they would literally only spray in the living rooms and nothing helped. I let the office know about the roaches and they never did anything but send pest control. Roaches was getting out of hand. I couldn't cook or anything bc roaches would be everywhere. Also staff don't care about you or anything. All they want is your money . Please do not rent here. Worst place ever. IF I COULD RATE A 0 i would.
