2800 Tranquility

I would like to shout out Alyssa, I am relocating from California to Texas due to work. Alyssa turned something that was very chaotic into something very smooth while keeping me updated with everything going on while I am still here in California. I appreciate the support and guidance since this is my FAMILYS first time in Texas. She told me about the local schools , as well as shopping centers around the area. I appreciate her and how helpful she has been.

I absolutely love this place. Not only do I love the scenery and the apartments looking over the lake, the management is super nice. I assure you, they do not know how to read minds, but if you call or email them with questions or problems and they are always on top of it. Yes, just like any human being they may forget you called about something, but they are quick to solve your problems. Maintenance is the same way. If you put in a maintenance ticket, they normally have your problem fixed the same day or at least with a 24 hr period. My whole time there (2 years) I never had a problem. If inflation was not a real thing, I would definitely be there for year 3. It's sad that I have to leave to find something a little more affordable all while looking for 1 more bedroom. The strugg

This apartment complex is subpar to say the least. Where to begin. The dog poop is out of control it’s everywhere even in the hallways sidewalks at times. Neighbors put their trash outside anytime of day. Once the valet trash picks up the trash you can see the trash streak marks up and down the hallway and all over the stairs. The trash company is hit and miss. The rent is affordable but you are looking at an additional 130+ in fees. I saw a review about the electric and insulation being poor and driving up the electric bill that is also true.. The hot water heating sounds like someone is breaking in and they only can say it’s normal. The water is disgusting. Pretty sure you can find a better ran property. Also the prices don’t reflect the true value because the company is using real page.

After living at 2800 Tranquility Lakes once before, I knew exactly where to come back when life brought me full circle. As a returning resident, I can confidently say this place is still just as peaceful, clean, and welcoming as I remembered—if not better! From the moment I reapplied, the management team made the process effortless. They’re always professional, responsive, and genuinely care about residents’ comfort. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the lake views? Still a daily dose of serenity. I especially love how quiet the community is—true to its name, “Tranquility.” The apartment layouts are spacious with modern finishes, and I’ve noticed some thoughtful upgrades since my last stay. Lovley apartment complex and I'm super excited for my move-in. Kara has been a huge help, funny, amazing and super knowledgeable with getting me set up for my move-in next month. She really made me feel welcomed during my tour! She's also been very helpful with every question I had! Can't recommend Kara enough!
