20/20 Home Inspections

I used Jimmie's home inspection services on a house today, and am blown away by the results. Jimmie's inspection was very thorough, and the report provided was equally impressive. An excellent deal, and fast turn around time on report (same day). Quality work, friendly, and taught me a few things along the way about his work. Also gave some pointers to look out for with our continued search for a home. Recommend 10/10, will be doing business with again!

I’d give zero stars if that was an option. Our appointment was for 8:00 AM. He finally graced our presence at around 8:30. Strike 1. He seemed thorough but then we started asking questions. After he was done, I pointed out an electrical cover that was not secure over a light fixture in a bathroom. He didn’t notice it. I pointed out the front storm door didn’t latch properly. He didn’t. I went with him in the crawl space. After he was about done, I asked about some white spots that might be mold. He said it looked fine and even if it were mold it wasn’t a lot. You’d think he’d check the moisture content there to confirm his suspicions but I had to ask him to do that. Gesh. After we got the report, it said he checked the operation of the smoke detectors.
