I applied for the NYC housing lottery and was selected to view several units. The property was amazing, doorman was incredibly friendly and pointed me to the direction of the leasing office. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The leasing manager Jose was professional, easy to work with, and answered all questions with ease. I had a really great experience with this property.

I’m leaving my honest experience , I was truly excited when I got the notification for this apartment. I really believed this was going to be the fresh start me and my child needed. The building is beautiful, with decent amenities but beauty means nothing when you walk away feeling invisible and unsupported. I just wanted what was best for us, and this location felt like the safest place for me to rebuild and get away from everything we came from. When I first visited, I felt welcomed and hopeful, like maybe life was finally giving us a chance. But once the process moved to the leasing office, everything changed. Everyone here is so nice, especially the doormen! I love coming through the lobby and they even know my dogs name and say hello to him. Jose in leasing office is also super nice. Everything is well appointed and beautiful.
