After using 1st Choice Property Management for 5 years as a tenant, I am leaving a very honest review. We left our rental in better shape than we found it and never missed a rent payment. We were good tenants. I will start with the “pros”… 1. 1st Choice was responsive enough when it came to initially scheduling work orders. 2. Jamie was responsive and helpful. 3. Payment/ tenant portal for rent was easy to navigate and convenient make payments. 4. We did receive most our security deposit back… On to the cons… 1. Upon moving in, our rental was filthy, the air conditioning was broken, and the owner left personal items stored on the property. It was clear there was no professional cleaning done when the previous tenants left (a requirement in the lease). We had to clean it all ourselve
