10X Sunrise

Recently moved in beginning of month. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I had to request maintenance to change everything which should of already been done but they came fast and very helpful. JUAN IS THE BEST!!! Anything you need please contact him, he gets it done. Lexi in the front is really good! It is older apartments built in 90s so they don't have lights in the bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet and the balcony is enclosed so that is a plus. THE TRASH IS HORRIBLE. FLIES ALL AROUND. They need to keep it closed. Beside that can't beat prices for living across sawgrass mall but not new apartments

Julie was absolutely wonderful during our visit to 10X Sunrise! She greeted us with kindness and professionalism, took the time to show us all the available units, and answered every question with patience and a smile. Lush Apartments and its crew of workers and management are the best. Debbie in front office is kind, soft spoken and goes out her way to make sure you are treated fairly and with the utmost courtesy. Although I did not end up renting the apartment, Julie Barbosa provided me with excellent service. She was always attentive and willing to answer all of my questions, making the process clear and easy to understand. I truly appreciate her professionalism and dedication.
