We had a wonderful experience with Daniela. She consistently showed a genuine willingness to help and demonstrated incredible professionalism and efficiency from the very beginning. She guided us through the entire process from start to finish, helping us successfully rent the apartment we truly wanted. I had the pleasure of receiving by far the worst customer service experience ever yet in history. The assistant property manager jaida doesn’t take accountability in her mistakes and doesn’t pay attention to detail. I have been waiting on a reimbursement from the property over 5+ weeks after being promised to receive within 3. Once I recontacted Jaida again for the 2nd time she stated that I never spoke to her and if I did she would have updated the information in the system. I requested to speak with someone higher up and she deliberately disregarded my request and hung up the phone in the middle of my request and stated that my opinion wasn’t needed because I was not her manager. This is a wake-up call for both the owners and current residents of 10X Sawgrass. We are all paying a premium for 'luxury' living, but the management is failing us completely. It is unacceptable that maintenance requests are ignored for weeks while we receive zero communication through the resident app. The state of the complex has hit an all-time low: tower entrances are filthy and the landscaping has been left in ruins after being destroyed by heavy machinery. As residents, we pay a high price to live in a well-maintained community, not a neglected property. Management needs to take accountability and restore the service and cleanliness we are paying for. We deserve better!"

I've had a great experience working with Jada! From the very beginning, she’s been friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The property is beautifully maintained from the pool area to the common spaces everything is always clean and inviting. The modern design and overall aesthetics give it a luxury feel without being over the top. The location is ideal: about 25 minutes from Las Olas, 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport, 45 minutes from Miami, and an hour from Wynwood and Brickell. It’s the perfect balance of city access and peaceful living. The amenities are great too the main lounge area is a nice place to relax or work, with a coffee machine for lattes and espresso, plus a computer room and meeting spaces.
