They helped me just fine, the house I picked was fine wasn't bad, the maintenance guy was very friendly and had to do what he needed to do fairly quickly before I had to get moved in. I don't have complaints, oh, and they work with you splitting your security deposit and prorated costs and even your pet fees into easy payments, so that was really nice of them, most places doesn't do that for you, hell, I had to to pay only 960 compared to my daughter having to pay 1400 to another place, so I appreciate this place for working with you.

Worst decision ever . Moved us in with mold under water heater and mice and rat poop and expected us to clean it all up . Gave us deposit back to move & we DID . We were all sick including my 6 year old . Then not even a week later they have it listed to rent AGAIN . Didn’t pay for our hotel stay . Just gave us our deposit and the rest of the months rent because we HAD to leave . Didn’t offer any other properties . Very nasty . Stay away from 1502 NW FERRIS .

If I could give 0 stars…. I would. I’ve been renting a home with them since 2023. When I first moved in I noticed issues with the bathroom in the bedroom. They came out did a quick fix and that was that. Time goes by and my main bathroom has issues. Tiles falling off where you turn the water on. I have been waiting for this to be fixed since September of 2024. Now it’s mold growing that I’m supposed to fix by buying products to remove mold. Several people have e came out and nothing has been done. All they done is put tape on a hole. My sink is now falling apart, mold growing more and more. This is ridiculous and unsafe.

Been renting from them for over three years we had some issues here and there. Their times for repairs and our ideas of what is acceptable times not always matching. However today my family came back from a 3 night vacation. We found that our ac was out and I called the emergency number and the owner answered. The whole time he complained about us leaving the cat in a house for three days without ac. We didn't leave the cat knowing that the ac we complained about two weeks ago would finally give up the ghost while we were out of town. He said whoever was watching our rental should have called and we are at fault because we didn't call during the week.
