Lorie Canada and her crew have been so great from day 1 with our rental experience. Other than a fair amount of cleaning that we had to do ourselves upon move-in, as well as finding a few things that needed to be fixed that really should have been fixed prior to us moving in, my experience with Dwell Well for renting has been great. When it comes to work orders, they are very communicative and stay on top of things to get the job taken care of. Even the homeowner keeps tabs on the work orders, so it's clear that he cares about this property. Not all property managers are as responsive and quick to get things done, so I'm happy that they take good care of their renters! I would definitely recommend Dwell Well for anyone looking to rent.

Five stars for sure! You can tell that they surely pay attention and take care of their properties! I’ve rented now for almost a year from them and would absolutely love to re-sign another lease on this great little house! Dwell Well for the win! Lorie has listened to all of my concerns and honestly has cared beyond measure. She’s gone out of her way, when she didn’t even need to, to go above and beyond. She’s a wonderful landlord and the company itself is wonderful as well.

I have been working with Lorie and her team for almost 2 years now and I have been impressed with professionalism and organization of this property management company. They are very organized, they stay on track, they have a good contractor on their team and they keep you informed on any repairs that need to be done and help get multiple repair bids.
