I own a rental property I hired them to manage, and they are extremely uncommunicative and take days to get back in touch with you, if they do at all. I’ve had the same complaint about this issue from my tenants as well. They also choose the most expensive repairs, so it was easier for me to handle those myself. I have had to reach out multiple times to this company every time I needed to contact them, leaving me feeling very disrespected and dismissed. As a paying client, I expected the customer service to be lots better than this.

First 10 years of renting from slum lord after slum lord had me very discouraged. I've been renting with Saseen for the past 2 years and what a breath of fresh air this has been!! Very few problems have come up with my residence, but the response time with these ladies in the office has been fanominal! Only place in town that will get my recommendation for sure!

Debbie has been wonderful since day one! I came to look at one property but based on my personality she recommended another property. When I first pulled up I was like hmmm but when I went on the inside it was completely remodeled with a brand new air conditioning unit I absolutely loved the paint on the walls weren't bland White with hardwood floors! She let me know that the properties with them rent very quickly. She said I needed to leave a full deposit in an application fee and approval would be within 48 hours. I couldn't get to the bank fast enough lol! With a very quick turnaround she notified me I could come pick up my key! I have been here for 2 years I am very happy. I am an out of state rental owner. The ladies that represent Sasseen Realty have been fantastic to work with. I needed someone professional and able to trust. I’ve been so pleased with their services. They are all easy to talk to. I’ve been with them for two years and have a few properties with them. Well worth the fees, because they’re level of service exceeds it.
