St James Apartments

Great apartments just outside of town. Definitely would come back and live there. The management is awesome and caring. The maintenance staff are helpful and great to work with. Highly recommend!

The best part of me being back in Lawton. I moved back 9 months ago and looked and looked for an apartment and a home to rent. I was not happy at all with what I was finding. I came from Dallas and was used to certain style of living and didn't mind spending the money if I found the right place. Finally I literally just drove by this place and me and my husband came in. Upon the first show I wasn't happy with what I saw because the previous residents had just moved out BUT by the time I moved in it was immaculate. We love our apartment and sadly I just received orders to move and will be leaving but I would recommend spending the money because you aren't going to find another place on the west side of Lawton near as nice. I have lived here for 2 years. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. If you call the ladies that work at the front, they are always sweet and willing to work diligently to get done whatever you need. They are listeners they don’t just say no to your thoughts. The maintenance department is a cut above the rest. If you call for them it’s done that day if you call before 3:00 most of the time and if not first thing the next morning. The property is beautiful and they keep the trees trimmed, grass mowed, bugs sprayed, weed eating done, and lastly the pool and pool area is very nice and the gym area is right there with it and it’s all exceptional clean at all times. The women here are the kindest, most helpful people I’ve ever Leased from. (And the apartments are clean and spacious!) As far as maintenance, service on my air conditioning was done the same day I called it in. (They actually felt bad because I didn’t call in right away during the hot 4th of July weekend. they are very thoughtful and don’t let the business side of things get in the way of building a relationship with their tennants). In the past, I’ve asked them to help receive packages & furniture delivery’s on my behalf while I’m in the field, and they were always happy to help! Living by yourself can sometimes bring with it some natural paranoia and anxiety when moving to/staying in a new place, but living at st James felt like I was staying at a favorite Aunt’s place. I love this place. Ive been here a month and the staff ass done nothing but make this an amazing experience for me. I'm in the army and during my inprocessing on post I wasn't able to be present for when cable and other things got hooked up. Ms Kathy stepped in and handled it for me without a problem. The price I pay for a one bedroom is pricey but hey, your get what u pay for and this place comes with free cable so I find no reason to be upset at all. Io e it here.
