The Oaks Development are a very family oriented company. Their homes are very unique and incredibly breath taking! My husband and I just moved into our dream home in May and it was the best decision we ever made. Since we travel so much due to our business, coming home is always like a vacation for us. Our 2 story home has a Venice style touch and so peaceful for the spirit. The neighbors are friendly and not to mention Whitney Nance who has been more than a representative of "The Oaks", but a true family friend. The Oaks Development Company did a custom home design and build of our home that was completed in 2011. Our home was completed in about seven months. We appreciated the assistance they provided with both the floor plan and interior finishes selections. They were always professional and responsive. After we moved in, they continued to provide assistance with small issues that are to be expected with home construction . All of their associates are professional and polite. We have also enjoyed living in the neighborhood and raising our kids here for the past twelve years.

Working with Whitney Perry was a wonderful experience. She was professional but still friendly. Extremely helpful and involved. I felt she was always available for questions. After moving in we absolutely love the area and are looking forward to expanded decelopment in The Oaks because our neighbors are friendly, the neighborhood is gorgeous, and we feel we made not only a good decision for our family but the best one for the Lawton area.

The Oaks Development Company is professional, conscientious and had excellent customer service. We started looking for a builder while we were stationed in England and Whitney/The Oaks Development Company was the only company that responded to our email. Whitney sent us a wide selection of floorplans within out set budget and took pictures and videos of potential lots for us to choose from. She went over the whole process from beginning to end which was highly appreciated. Whitney also was a huge benefit with suggestions at the Design Center. She even offered us the ability to design our own home…I wish I had taken her up on that opportunity.
