Absolutely amazing experience visiting and taking a tour of this property! Brayleigh was amazing and showed me all the highlights of the property, from the fitness center to the cinema, the studio to the outdoor grilling patio. Beautiful property and welcoming environment!

The short Hispanic maintenance guy at Zelia is the slimiest, nastiest, creepiest man ever. Every woman I’ve met here has a creepy story about him. The things he’s said to the women that live here definitely calls for repercussions. Unfortunately for me, I made it clear to him with some strong words to stay away from me since day one, so he never spoke to me, which is only unfortunate because I would’ve reported him so far up the chain it would’ve reached the US president. Although I’ve tried to convince the other women to report it, nobody wants to have problems in their own home, especially not with someone who has a master key to all apartments, and is the emergency maintenance for late night calls. The building condition is fine, and in a good area, but the management team will turn your life into hell. They need to get a new team that takes into account the issues their tenants are experiencing due to their choices, especially those who renew. Don't recommend.

If you plan on living here, make sure you got a free place to crash for 3 weeks. Because at any point you may receive an email saying that they will start construction (that no one asked for) in 2 days, tear down your walls, cover all of your personal belongings in dust and debris, make noise for 9 hours, have all this going on for 3 weeks and expect you to pay full rent at the end of the month. Management is FULL of empty promises. And be ready to have your AC malfunctioning every 2 weeks in the summer
