One of the best apartment to live in St. louis Park. Comfort home, friendly environment, very supportive management and cool too! They offer different activities and organise get together for resident monthly. I would highly recommend this place. :) Love to coordinate with Tina (property manager) and very welcoming lady. it is always love to connect with her.

Everyone I've met is extremely friendly! I love attending the resident events, using the courtyard and community room patio in the summer and being so close to The Shops at West End! Siena is in the perfect location, 15 minutes to downtown and is really really quiet. The apartments are also stunning!

So far I’m enjoying living at Siena. It’s my first apartment since moving out of my South Mpls home I lived in for 25+ years. The location is great and feels it’s a well built quiet apartment and I love coming home here. I have no complaints since I moved in February of 2025. I hope when I do move out the process will be just as smooth as it was moving in. Also the maintenance is always quick to respond and repair. I never had to wait more than a day. The amenities aren’t plentiful but there is a workout room and a community room which I used once for a get together. I’m not so big on a lot of amenities and since there’s a Lifetime Fitness just blocks from here I can go there.

After being a new resident here a couple months, I have to say this is one of the best places I've rented across living in 4 different states. Mason is incredible with his service and attention to detail. Maintenance is also wonderful and attentive. The place is well taken care of and is a great place to call home.

Base rent on the Palazzo unit went from $1,607 to $1,815 on renewal, and now the website lists it as $1,720 or $1,675 for the same floor plan. 12% attempted increase on the rent, so be wary if looking here. Amenities and building are just average, nothing bad, nothing great, just a place to live. Location is good and safe. Reason for two stars is the attempted jack-up in the rent.
