Royal Park Apartments

Everything is good, except for the gym and laundry room in the basement. The gym area is right next to the laundry area. The laundry area has what looks like is supposed to be an AC Unit but it blows out very warm air and makes the whole room including the gym very warm. I do not understand how they expect us to work out in this high temperature. I havent been here long enough to know what it is like in the winter. I will say that. Other than that everything is remodeled and beautiful.

I feel very at home and cared for living here. Nice and quiet space.. can rarely hear neighbors. Perfect location. The staff truly care about their residents and go above and beyond. Maintenance team is very impressive and gets things done right away.

Love love love these apartments - first apartment to truly feel like home in the metro area. Pretty quiet for the most part, and haven't had an issue with package theft. I'm in a studio that has nice updated vinyl floors and an updated kitchen. I believe the bathroom has been recently updated too. I'm a little short on closet space but otherwise great unit. I love utilizing the walking paths nearby and there's a tennis court right behind my building as well. On 4th of July, I could see the city's firework show right from my window, which I thought was really cool.

I have only been in my apartment a short while, but so far it's been good. The few maintenance issues noted at move-in were readily resolved, the apartment and its building are quite nice, and the viewing and application process were fairly straightforward. The staff replies to emails readily and are reasonable in answering questions and addressing concerns. The one criticism I have is that KRC will only provide one set of keys per leaseholder and will not allow the purchase of an additional set. Other apartments I have been at provide 2 sets per unit or 1 set per person for multiple leaseholders and/or have the buzzer/door call to your phone or connect to an app for keyless entry. And I do not like not having a spare set of keys--I need to figure something out for pet sitters, guests, or

I’ve only been here for a couple of months but everything has been good so far. Had some issues with my door lock when I first moved in and the leasing agent and maintenance were very quick to help with the problem. They also have ice cream for tours which is cool.
