Customer Reviews
My spouse, dog and myself love living here. We love our apartment! The staff is kind, generous and responsive. Huge shout out to Jess, she is amazing at her job and is truly the reason we moved here to begin with. The general ambiance in the building is unmatched, clean and aesthetic. Another shout out to the woman that does the cleaning, you keep the amenities looking great! Maintenance is quick, generous and responsive. *In my personal opinion Maintenance could use one more full-time person to help our main maintenance guy. One more thing.. the grounds could use better/additional vendors to keep landscaping looking nice* Overall, though I would HIGHLY recommended living here! We would like to be here for a long time if we can. P.S Felicia is great at making breakfast!
Poorly managed building with a constant turnover of property managers. The grounds are not well maintained, and the elevators often smell like trash. There were multiple instances of them over charging me. Including an instance where management attempted to extend my lease commitment illegally by not providing adequate notice, even though they failed to give me the legally required time to review my lease renewal. For our move-out, I scheduled a move-out inspection with Kyrell. I believe he is a regional property manager. He did not show up to the appointment we made. Residents are legally entitled to schedule move-out inspections with staff, and we were not allowed this opportunity. After I moved out, I received a final financial statement and was issued my security deposit refund. Si
Felicia did an excellent job with the tour, amenity/process descriptions, and a straightforward collaboration/follow-up after. As a result, I ended up deciding to make this my new home - objectively that means 5 stars. Looking forward to being part of the community.
As a long standing resident of seven years, it makes me sad to edit my review. This place has significantly gone downhill the last year. We average 2-3 property managers A YEAR and there is no stability or support for residents outside of Jessica the leasing agent, who is the only reason I still live here. Maintenance has been inconsistent and shoddy at best since last spring. This is supposed to be a luxury apartment building, but when you walk in the lobby greets you with a monstrosity of what was once a beautiful plant wall that is now a mold infested hazard covered by an unsightly white tarp. This is not only a huge health hazard, but the last thing you’d expect of a “luxury” building. We pay very high rent prices and none of the amenities ever work. The grills never work. The firep
This is a nice building but the management has changed constantly over the 3 years we lived there. We needed to move due to work and requested some help with breaking our lease terms which they declined (very slow to respond to emails as well). We then left the apartment in great shape and lost a majority of our security deposit anyhow (nit picked cleaning fees among normal wear and tear). If you decide live here know that you will lose your security deposit and if you need to move out earlier than your lease you're SOL. Amenities: on the whole they amenities are fine. There are things that never worked while i was there such as the TV by the grills, grills broke several times while we were there, exercise equipment (one peloton bike in particular), none of the firetables/pits work or we
