Apartments were great! The leasing office though, that’s a different story. I had a couple of issues and would try to resolve them with management and Amy would not answer my calls or emails. I would call the office and man the receptionist was rude, horrible customer service. Aside from having to deal with them, apartment was great!

Awesome well kept building , I recommend to anyone who’s looking I’ve never had a maintenance issue but they come and do unit inspections to keep it well taken care of. The office is always reachable & polite . I love my apartment it’s convenient and great first apartment for me and any one else.

Hi I and my wife lived have known Sela Investments for the past four years. Both Amy and Marta are very cooperative managers and their actions are very prompt. They have made our stay very comfortable. Thank you so much. The amenities in the apartment at University Avenue are very good and well-maintained. I never had any complaints during my stay. In case, there is any issue, their staff addresses the same very promptly. We feel so fortunate that we are staying with Sela Investments and highly recommend the same to others. The location of the apartments is very suitable for those working at the University of Minnesota. It is well-connected.

The people that we talk to in the office or who come to our building are always kind. We've been with Sela for over a decade and we've stayed so long because of this. Especially because of people like Amy Gonyea, she helps us with our contract renewal every time we have to go to the office for it and makes it easy to keep coming back.

Wonderful property management company. Very focused on accommodating and making sure their tenants' needs are met, the grounds, buildings, and apartments are in tip-top shape. It has been nothing short of a pleasure since I moved to one of their properties 3 months ago! Karla in the office has gone above and beyond several times during and after my application process and helped to make my move and transition as easy and seamless as possible. Karla's pleasant and very helpful attitude was a big part in why I chose Sela. Thanks again, Karla! 3 months into my lease, and I have only positive things to say!! -Anna
