Risor of St. Louis Park

Moved in 16 months ago and absolutely enjoy living at Risor St Louis Park. The amenities create a place of welcome but its your neighbors that bring joy and a sense of family and belonging. Bike trails will take you west to the outer suburbs or east to the inner city night life. Living at Risor of St Louis Park is living healthy.

Absolutely love this place. The club room and sky lounge are beautifully decorated. The community of people are friendly and welcoming. And my dog has made friends with other dogs here. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to move to after selling my house. The utilities are included in my rent so it’s easy on my budget. And I love being so close to Miracle Mile Mall and so many grocery stores. So happy to have found my new home!

So Great living at the Risor SLP!! In addition to friendly neighbors and high end facilities… the staff and management is top notch!! I’m moving into a different unit, Eric has made the experience painless. He was attentive, accommodated my needs and responsive to my many questions and requests! Thank you Eric, management Risor SLP and Roers company!

Melissa and Eric are a great management team - responsive and knowledgeable. The building has many amenities: pool, hot tub, pickleball, theater room, club room and more. The residents are involved and there are a lot of social events. A great place to live.

Risor SLP has wonderful residents and a helpful office staff, top-notch maintenance crew, and several community rooms that we can utilize for get-togethers for our guests.
