ZEAL Property Management

Zeal property has been extremely helpful and incredibly Pleasant with us. We have had zero problems and They always respond in a timely manner when it comes to maintenance or any questions you may have. Kathy specifically has been a wonder to work with and has even negotiated on our part. She is reasonable and understanding, and truly a stellar example of what a skilled property manager should be.

I wanted to share my experience of a pre-leasing appointment I had with William. He was very professional, on time, friendly and communicative, and I felt like he truly cares about his business and having happy tenants. He was very willing to accommodate as well, offering to replace the carpets in the unit I went to see. I was tempted to go with this unit, even though I didn’t like it as much as another one I saw, just because of the assurance I felt in Zeal being a good company to lease from.

Scott and his team at Zeal do a great job! They are very communicative and responsive to any issues that come up or questions they have. I've worked with multiple management companies over the years and like Zeal the best. Definitely recommended!

I worked with William Chavez, to secure a pre-lease in a student apartment for next year. He was prompt in reply's over text, and always picked up when I needed to call for a question. He obviously cares about his clients very much. Overall a pleasant experience and I would 100% work with them again.

I have had nothing but an incredibly easy and enjoyable experience with Zeal. The entire move-in process was quick and efficient: I requested a tour and was called within 5 minutes, met my property manager, William, within 20 minutes, applied that evening, and got approved for the spot the next day! Every single question or issue I have had has been promptly attended to and answered and there hasn't been any person who wasn't a pleasure to speak with.
