Oksana was our "New Home Consultant," and she was probably the primary reason we looked more fully into GJ Gardner as a potential builder for our home. Oksana is welcoming, kind, patient!, responded to us quickly with the information that we were seeking, and endlessly helpful. Oksana was incredibly helpful as we began the process of choosing a house design and getting started with the re-build process after the fire took our previous home. Oksana is knowledgeable and easy to work with--a winning combination.

We just finished our home with GJ Gardner and are very pleased. The house is beautiful and meets our needs and expectations. We met the GJ Gardner at a building fair after the Marshall fires and decided to go with them because they offered help from plans to design and had a person to help us along the way. Jeff was the front man who answered many questions from a couple who never wanted to build a house. We had two designers who helped us to select everything from floors to tile to toliets, we would have been lost without them. Bill the owner helped in the design process of the house. We wanted a bigger window to view the open space and mountains. He convinced us to put our master bedroom and bathroom at the back of the house and we now have eleven windows that provide outstanding

We built a custom home with GJ Gardner. The experience was so stressful and frustrating. We have many framing, texture and trim issues and many more. Lack of attention to detail, not checking the sub-contractors work; so many awkward conversations of us telling the subs and builder (Brett and Bill) what was wrong.(over and over). Never got a project plan, issue log and plans/dates to fix even after pointing out several times that this is basic project management and was important to us. Emails primarily initiated by us were how things were tracked. I dread working with contractors and have lost sleep over this experience. Would never recommend.

As a Realtor, excellent customer service is so important to me and my business. I have referred 2 clients to G.J. Gardner and have received excellent customer service both times. My first experience resulted in a beautiful custom home that was built for my clients in Brighton. Most recently I am working with Kyle and Cliff in Westminster. They are very knowledgeable about their products, highly responsive in communicating with me and have provided excellent customer service to my clients. They recently took the time to visit my client's current home to get the feel for what features they like and insight into the home they are designing for them. I highly recommend G.J. Gardner as an excellent builder of custom homes!

Really happy with the quality of service I received at G.J Gardner Homes! They’re really friendly and patient considering it was my first custom built home! Could not be anymore happier or thankful with the team! They helped us navigate through soil issues, permitting and other structural issues that would have delayed our build-out time had it not been for the entire team being there for us every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with the final product and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their first custom home or just looking for something new.
