I parked here a few times this past summer while I was car camping and it was super chill- no one bothered me. Just make sure not to park in a reserved spot, which is anywhere under the overhang. But other than that you’re totally good!

Lived here for 13 months and will be ending my lease due to increase in rent and affordability. Pros: Skyla is the best and is very informative. Maintenance is amazing, Michael and the new guy (I can't remember his name right now) are always on top of their requests. Even when I had a wasp infestation on my balcony, I put in my request and got someone out here within 3 days both times. The dog park is good, the majority of neighbors follow the rules, only when the kids are walking the dogs is when we would find poop not picked up. Neighbors are friendly, you'll find a lot of items near the mailbox and furniture by the garbage that they want you to take, often labeled "free". Awesome apartment to live in! The maintenance team is amazing, they’re always more than willing to fix stuff fast. Also I have a cat and they’re always careful about it. The office people are awesome too. Skyla is super, super sweet and we recently moved from one unit to another unit, Tyann helped me through everything and made it all so much easier. I’m a perfectionist and can be a lot 😂 so I truly appreciate Tyann for her patience and excellent communication and everything! It’s a great affordable apartment! 👍🏻

Highly DO NOT recommend this place or even applying for the apts. Just the application itself is almost $300 and they will lie to you and say it's refundable if you don't get accepted. I paid for my application got denied and now they don't want to give me my application money back. They will say they have to approve the refund through a 3rd party and that they will have to put it on a check or you will have to go out of your way to go pick it up from their location. Highly not reccomened and these people are definitely not professional.. if you don't want to lose $300 don't even apply at this location. If they're going to steal your money they'll probably make your living life style hell. 👎

I love my neighbors and stores everywhere. The maintenance team is amazing. They came quickly were efficient and polite. The office staff need an attitude adjustment But their lack of manners does not distract from my enjoyment of living at this place.
