Bell Lafayette

I lived at Bell Apartments from 2020 until recently moving out, and I wanted to leave an honest review of my experience. Overall, it was a wonderful place to live. The community is very well maintained, the maintenance team is incredibly quick and kind, and the management staff is consistently responsive and helpful. There were a few issues with utility billing under the previous ownership, but since Bell took over, they’ve clearly made a strong effort to improve things and address concerns thoughtfully. The location is fantastic — especially if you enjoy beautiful walks and stunning views. It truly adds to the quality of living there. I’m relocating to Colorado for work, and Shannon, the Leasing Consultant, made the entire home-search process such a great experience. I visited three other communities after meeting with her, and she was by far the best. I’m not just looking for a beautiful community... I want a place that truly feels like home, and the onsite team makes all the difference. Shannon delivered nothing less than an A+. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the area, which immediately put me at ease. Michelle, the Community Manager, even came out to personally welcome me, which was so refreshing and really stood out. That level of care means a lot. I’ve lived at Bell Lafayette for six years, and while I have always enjoyed living here, the new management has leveled up the place more than I thought possible. I always appreciated the open space and mountain views next to the apartments, the quiet due to low traffic and good soundproofing, a beautiful pool area and amenities, free beer on tap the last two hours of every office day, LEED-certified buildings, and thorough and efficient maintenance. I was a little skeptical when the ownership changed in early 2025, but they have very much won me over. We have beautiful new exterior paint, updated lighting and sinks, etc., and the office staff are friendly and responsive, with regular, comprehensive email announcements as well as promptly addressing individual concerns

I almost never leave reviews but wanted to come on here and give a shout out to Shannon. My partner and I were moving out of state and had to do virtual tours to find a place. Shannon was super understanding and made our whole experience enjoyable. She is extremely present and makes us both feel so welcome at the community. I am usually super hesitant to rent at apartments but the overall vibe of this place and speaking with the residents made me super glad that I chose to call this place home. Everyone at the complex has been nothing short of super friendly and welcoming !

I have been living here for a few months now and only have great things to say! Everyone in the office is helpful, kind and can be reached easily! The online maintenance portal is user friendly and I. have never waited on getting anything fixed! They are diligent, respectful of your space and have always let me know what caused the issue and how they fixed it which I really appreciate!
