Yale Keys Senior Apartments

My mother in law has been living here going on 2 years. It's disgusting. Elevator spells of heavy cigarette smoke. And the strong smell of urine is gross! She has had a leak in her ceiling since she moved in almost 2 years ago. They say that they only have 1 maintenance worker. There has been a drive by on the bottom apartments. The lights go out periodically. There are homeless ppl walking around the complex. My mother in law has had her packages stolen by other residents there and those packages are being sold back to her! I am in the process of getting her out of there!

Not very clean, garbage piled high outside dumpster, homeless sleeping in hallway, if Manager Elsie Morgan does not like you, she will have you evicted. Rent starts at $490 it will go up to $565. if she is trying to get rid of you. Steer Clear of this place, Very old building.

This is the worst place for seniors, my mom car has been stolen from the apartments several times now and the apartment don't do anything about it. They don't have camera's or on site security for the seniors. When you try to contact someone in the office no one is ever available to take your call. Please be very caution when moving here. THE STAFF DON'T CARE ABOUT THE SENIORS..

Don't move here!!! They allow dangerous felons to walk day and night. Resident here have been victimzed by these people. I myself have been victimzed.I was robbed and beat to unconsciousness!! They don't have cameras nor security, I've called everyone that has any thing to do with this place no one has ever reached out!!!

It's for seniors for sure though many of them being good friends
