Loma Vista Apartments

I’ve been living at Loma Vista for about 1 1/2 years now I have the partial renovated 1 BR , and I can say that whenever I do have an issue maintenance is always there first thing in the morning . Casha and Kenya is the highlight of my day when visiting the front office sometimes I just stop by to say hi. Maintenance really try to keep the property clean and I really appreciate their hard work. My experience have been great here I don’t have any complaints. I like the manager Dana too she is very approachable and easy to talk to.

Christine has been such an amazing person to work with! I did have my doubts before going through the process, however, she made me feel at ease. She was very attentive to my situation and made me feel comfortable about reaching out if I had any questions or concerns. Even though the unit that I will be moving into is currently being renovated, she went above and beyond with providing me photos of an identical unit (with minor differences). Thank you for having amazing staff and I’m excited to move in soon! 😊

Christine was absolutely amazing! She made the entire apartment application process so easy and stress-free. Everything was clear, smooth, and handled with so much professionalism and kindness. I lived here for 3.9 years. When I first moved in it was under a different management in ‘21. And honestly the management was super nice so was the maintenance staff. After a year of living here they went to the current management. Once the new management came in we stated to notice a lot of theft, yes just like anywhere else. While living there my husband had a work vehicle that got broken into 3 times, police was notified. Lastly his work vehicle got the catalytic converter stolen. I had my vehicle broken into plain daylight (3p) from my parking space. I also had a bicycle stolen from my patio too. My apartment faced the far east side where the empty dirt lot and lots of homeless walk through there. We’ve had the mailbox broken into, and because they got broken into our mail door broke o
